Winter is officially here and the days of time off from school have come and gone. Here are a few ways our family enjoyed our Winter break.
Bundling up and heading outside
So far this year, Rose will only embrace the cold weather for a few minutes at a time. Lilly, however, is accustomed to the cold and gets very excited each time it snows looking forward to snowmen, snow angels, and general snow fun.
Time in the Kitchen
As with every season, Winter brings special treats in the kitchen. Snow ice cream and snowmen pancakes were just a couple of this years creations.
Merry Christmas
The girls have been busy since Thanksgiving making special gifts for family and friends. Both girls enjoyed opening their gifts, including some special ones Santa Claus delivered for Christmas morning. Most importantly, we were blessed to spend time with family and share time with family we couldn’t visit through our projects.
