“I can’t believe I’m making a snowman this big!”
Lately, we have had a lot of cold, snowy weather. One relatively warm afternoon Lilly began rolling a snow ball around and discovered the snow was prefect for building. The result was the biggest snow man Lilly had ever built; It’s as tall as her if you include the hat.
Next, she aspired to build a snow unicorn. I had never built anything standing before, but inspired by her enthusiasm I decided to help her try. Our endeavors proved successful producing a unicorn standing off the ground on four chunky legs. Lilly even shaped a head and decided to add neck. A small sculpted horn and carrot eyes completed the face. Then a mane, tail, and wings were added using dried plants. I was so proud of Lilly’s work and our creation.
So much Winter fun!
